Please email us before returning merchandise. Returns, damages, quality problems, or any dissatisfaction must be made within 15 days of purchase. Color and sizes may vary. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Most of our products are hand-made. The hand-made quality and craftiness of our products sets us apart.

Color and size variations often occur and are not considered flaws. Hand-molded clay, hand-painted designs, hand-twisted iron and hand-applied finishes are guaranteed to vary from one product to another.
